Scheduling Policies

Pre-appointment details

Please make sure to complete all forms and consents prior to arriving for your appointment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment with a clean face without any makeup or products on.

Cancellation policies

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 2 days before it is scheduled to take place, you may be subject to a charge of $25.00. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 2 days prior to your appointment.

Payment policies

  • Full Payment is due at completion of service.

  • Late Arrival: Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.

  • No-Show: A $25.00 fee may be charged for missed appointments.
